Energetska efikasnost, korporativna društvena odgovornost i održivi razvoj

  • Ekonomski i ekološki uticaji poslovanja kompanija na zajednicu zahtevaju od menadžera suočavanje sa (ne)efikasnošću, odnosno (ne)-efektivnošću njihovog delovanja u oblasti zaštite životne sredine, kao i prihvatanje odgovornosti za način na koji preduzeća koriste energiju i energetske resurse. Rastuća potrošnja fosilnih goriva u industrijskom sektoru rezultirala je negativnim uticajem na ekologiju. Ključni faktor energetske efikasnosti je menadžment. Efikasnije i za zajednicu prihvatljivije rešenje je da se profit kompanije poveća smanjenjem potrošnje energenata i tako stekne reputacija društveno odgovornog preduzeća, umesto da se uvećanjem prodaje uvećava godišnji obrt preduzeća. Namera nam je da ovim radom ukažemo na to da je reputacija preduzeća merljiva kategorija, koja ne zavisi od povećanja prodaje i profita, već od uticaja koji preduzeće ima na životnu sredinu.
