Iskustva kompanije 'Foster Wheeler' u sagorevanju goriva sa visokim sadržajem pepela

  • Tehnologija 'Foster Wheeler' bazirana na sagorevanju u cirkulacionom fluidizovanom sloju uspešno zadovoljava potrebe savremenih sistema za proizvodnju toplote i električne energije pružajući mogućnost za upotrebu širokog spektra goriva, kao što su kvalitetni bituminozni ugljevi, antracit, nisko-kaloričnih goriva sa visokim sadržajem pepela, različiti tipovi biomase i otpada. Pored fleksibilnosti u izboru goriva, visoke efikasnosti i pouzdanosti, 'Foster Wheeler' kotlovi sa cirkulacionim fluidizovanim slojem koncipirani su tako da zadovolje i najstrožije zahteve o emisiji zagađivača. U ovom radu predstavljeno je nekoliko projekata u kojima je iskorišćena tehnologija sagorevanja u cirkulacionom fluidizovanom sloju bilo za rehabilitaciju starih ili za izgradnju novih kotlova, a koristeći goriva kao što su ugljevi sa visokim sadržajem pepela/vlage/sumpora, ugljeni otpad, ugljeni škriljci, i specifična biomasa.
