Optimization of selecting micro location for TPP 'Stanari' using multi criteria classification

  • Analysis that has been carried out was performed by comparison predetermined indicators, where into consideration were put: topographic conditions, demanded space and the occupancy of space, seismicity, conditions for coal supply, conditions for transport and deposition of ashes and cinder, conditions for water supply, conditions for connecting to electro energetic network, conditions for connection with traffic, ecological criteria, economic conditions and general social justifiability and development, with assumption that for every micro location was chosen the most appropriate technical-technological solution. For chosen qualitative and quantitative characteristics, relative weighted coefficients are being determined by combining AHP (analytical hierarchical process), Saaty's scale and primary defined values. In particular problem, four alternatives are in use, which are defined by quantitative criteria with imprecise values which leads to the idea to adjust existing multi criteria methods for solving such problems of classifying alternative solutions by means of gradual decreasing starting number of criteria.
